Golden Milk (aka Turmeric Latte)

Golden Milk (aka Turmeric Latte)

Keeping the theme of foods and drinks for energy which seem to align to orange and green hues!

Cold or hot weather, Golden Milk is a vibrant, delicious caffeine free latte to get you going in the morning. Improving digestion & circulation, this drink calms the mind and heals the body.

The perfect mix of sweet and spicy... studies have shown that simmering with black pepper increases the curcumin you can absorb and that your body can use. Curcumin has been associated with numerous health benefits including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, protecting healthy cells from free radicals which cause damage! ENJOY!
